Brief Answer:
Sweating and chills consequences of exposure to extreme weather conditions

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

The sweating and chills you are experiencing are consequences of your exposure to cold weather and exercise in hot weather.
The exposure to cold makes you feel chills.

While when you exercise and do sports that require intense physical exertion may cause changes to your core body temperature. That can result in chills. This response can happen in any type of weather but may be more likely to occur in very cold or very hot temperatures:
In hot weather, heat exhaustion and dehydration may cause this reaction.

In cold weather, hypothermia and dehydration may be the cause.
You can avoid this situation by
* Being dressed properly for the weather
* Keep yourself hydrated by taking fluids and water
* If you don't get hydrated soon orally you may need perfusion
* Antipyretic such acetaminophen can help cope with chills and regulating body temperature
