Brief Answer:
Compressive spine disease to be ruled out

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir

I can certainly understand your concern.

I have worked through your attached query in detail.

As per your symptoms the possibility of a cervical spine disease is high and should be ruled out.

Cervical compression can cause such symptoms of pain radiation around the neck, shoulder and chest.

For this I advise you to take up following tests

MRI SCAN of cervical spine
X-ray AP and Lateral views of Right Shoulder

Further management if any can be based on test results.

Review with reports to determine further course of action.

Meanwhile I would like to prescribe oral analgesics like Sodium Diclofenac to my patients with such symptoms.

Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these medicines and tests to you.

Post your further questions if any.
Thank you

thanks for your reply. I would also like to add that i have an existing condition of bulge disk in the lower back region.

As per your symptoms the possibility of a cervical spine disease is high and should be ruled out.

Did you mean cervical spine disease should not be ruled?

Brief Answer:
Cervical spine disease should be searched for

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir

I mean to say that cervical spine disease can exist in your case and it has to be suspected and appropriate tests like MRI SCAN OF CERVICAL SPINE has to be taken to check for it's presence of any.

The possibility of cervical spine disease is even more high in presence of disc disease of lower back.

Post your further questions if any.

Thank you
