Brief Answer:
Possible enterocolitis

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

This sounds to me like enterocolitis caused by food poisoning or bacterial infections. I suggest to drink at least 2.5- 3 liters of fluids, half water and half should be cold chamomile tea. Avoid spicy food, fried food, high fiber and coffee, alcohol. You should eat yogurt and kefir, soups, toast bread, rice and boiled meat. If fever or signs of dehydration occur, you should see doctor as soon as possible. If you cant drink enough fluids you should also see doctor to have intravenous fluids. If there won't be improvement in 24 hours you need to do stool analysis and blood tests.

Wish you good health. Regards
