Brief Answer:
It may be cystitis or UTI. see details.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I can understand your concern. At present as you don't have control on bladder, so I think you are suffering from urinary incontinence. Causes of urinary incontinence are urinary tract infection, cystitis, bladder stone, neuropathy, renal infection, blunt trauma. Let me know please whether do you have burning micturation, blood in urine, diabetes, fever, abdominal pain? Kindly follow up with detailed history.

At home you can do kegel exercises. Drink lots of fluid. Keep your self hydrated. Treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition. You can do urine routine and culture sensitivity, ultrasound abdomen and pelvis, blood sugar level, complete blood count. You can also take tab. Flavoxate 200 mg. As these are prescriptions medicine so consult with your doctor. I think this will clarify your concern. thank you .
