Brief Answer:
different possible causes, should make an appointment

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Yes, you should make an appointment to see your doctor as soon as possible to determine the cause.

Urinalysis would be needed to rule out infection.

If an infection is ruled out the dose of lasix would also be assessed to determine if it is too much at this point at time.

There are other cause of urinary frequency but they would most likely be considered after these options.
Some of the other causes are- (1)use of caffeine or alcohol since both of these act as diuretics
(2)stone in the urinary tract- this is usually accompanied by pain and blood in urination
(3)overactive bladder

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
