Brief Answer:
Can wait for 2 days and add Imodium.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Yes, you should go to the hospital and get a ultrasound of abdomen and stool test and culture done to rule out which bacterial species is involved in infection and is sensitive to which drug.
Secondly you can take over the counter Imodium 4 mg twice daily for 2 days along with antibiotics you are taking.
If you feel fine then no need to visit hospital.

Hope I was specific and helpful. Follow ups are welcome.
Thanks!
