Brief Answer:
Seems tinea versicolor

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

In the photo, it is looking like tinea versicolor. It is a fungal infection and fades away by itself. You can take precautions to raise your immunity and avoid any source of fungal infection like contaminated water etc. Drink cleaner water with Low PPM. Take more of fruits.

Along with, shampoo Selsun blue can be applied on the back and neck once a day while taking bath. Another option is to apply clotrimazole cream on affected areas only. Apply this for few days and it will resolve.

If it still persists kindly review with a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis.
