Brief Answer:
Probably toe blister, follow the advice below for proper treatment.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Your symptom seems to be related to a toe blister.
It can be caused by many conditions like walking or running, especially in warm weather.
They can also be caused by too tight shoes or to loose ones.
The blood is because of small vessels inside the blister that can be damaged.

Some advices that I can give to you are:
-don't burst the blister because it can increase the risk of infection
-take anti-inflammatory medications such as ibuprofen 400 mg to reduce inflammation
- you can use blister pads to cover it.
-wash and dry frequently the area
-avoid uncomfortable shoes or new shoes

It will heal in a few days, so don't worry.
