Brief Answer:
Probably peripheral neuropathy due to diabetes.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The symptoms are probably related to peripheral neuropathy due to diabetes.
This condition can cause a tingling sensation in peripheral parts of the body.
I suggest to maintain diabetes under control and measure regularly the glycemic level.
I also suggest to take medications such as Gabapentin to relieve the symptoms.
If the symptoms continue, you should see a neurologist and do some nerve function test for further evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Kind regards!
