Question: my right lower eye is swelling and starting to interfere with my vision. also my left side of my face looks swollen. why?

what about the side of my face? see new picture attached?

Both sides are affected the right side of the face is swollen under the eye to the left on the cheek is swollen.

I think it will tend to be symmetrical on both sides in time.
