Brief Answer:
Special foot wear + physiotherapy

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Pain from acute plantar fasciitis can be managed with pain killers. I would suggest tab Etoshine MR twice daily for few days. However this condition is chronic and recur. Therefore I suggest the following:
1. Wear appropriate foot wear. Flats or other specially designed foot wear will benefit you.
2. Maintain right weight. If you are over weight, reducing weight will help.
3. Physiotherapy
4. Lastly consult an orthopedist and plan specific treatment

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Brief Answer:
Etoshine MR

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I suggest Etoshine MR instead of plain Etoshine tablet. Tab mobizox / movexx MR are alternate tablets for pain relief. You can try it and check if it helps reduce pain.

Besides medications and foot wear, physiotherpy will benefit you. Consult an orthopedician and discuss about it.

I hope you understand that my expertise are limited since I cannot physically examine you. I will strongly urge you visit ortho doctors and plan appropriate treatment.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.
