Brief Answer:
Hello. Upper GI endoscopy required

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Do you have a sore throat or any other symptoms?

In my opinion, you need to consult a gastro-enterologist who may advice an upper Gastro-intestinal endoscopy to see the reason for blood in the mouth.

The possible reasons could be-

1. Severe gastritis
2. Aid reflux or GERD
3. Bleeding Esophageal Varices
4. Peptic ulcer or stomach ulcers

Rare causes like- gastric cancer, cirrhosis of liver etc has to be ruled out.

Meanwhile till you meet doctor continue taking antacids. Follow some tips-

1. Do not eat spicy food
2. Take medications for gastritis- pantop/omez/rantac
3. Take little food at frequent intervals. Breakfast around 8am, small snack at 11am, lunch at 1pm, small snack at 4pm and dinner at 8pm
4. Drink plenty of water
5. Do not smoke, take alcohol or tobacco and even excess of coffee and tea
6. Do not take much of stress. Stress aggravates gastritis
7. Do regular exercise. Atleast half an hour per day

Consult a gastro-enterologist or atleast a general surgeon at the earliest.
