Brief Answer:
The cause should be found and treated.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Strong back pain and pain in legs may get you tired, but, regarding the symptoms, neuropathies and their possible causes should be considered and evaluated further.

Spinal stenosis, diabetes, prolonged alcohol use, viral infections, low vitamin B12, anemia, etc. are conditions that should be considered and evaluated further by consulting with a Neurologist and by tests such blood tests, MRI if the lumbar spine, and nerve conduction study of the legs.

Gabapentin is one of the drugs that may improve symptoms like yours, but best treatment in such cases includes a correct diagnosis and treatment of the underlying cause.

Hope you found the answer helpful. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care.
