Brief Answer:
Coxarthrosis and spinal stenosis to consider.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Besides coxarthrosis, or degenerative disease of the coccofemoral articulations, spinal stenosis, ( degenerative, lysthesis, etc.) may cause bilateral sciatica, so, in my opinion, besides hips x-rays, imaging of your lumbar spine (X-rays, MRI ) is necessary since you underwent a spondylodesis in the past.

Before to go to the imaging evaluation, a medical examination is necessary also.

Please discuss with your Doctor about these issues.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.

I appreciate your answer. I am so tired of doctors and surgeries. Before my two surgeries , I have had 14 steroid shots and waited as long as I could for the two surgeries. Went through pain management for so long and don't want to deal with that any longer. The laws have changed so much, its just not worth it anymore.

My family doctor won't order an MRI. Are you able to do that?

Thank you very much.God Bless!

Brief Answer:
We can't order an MRI for you.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.

This is an online service and our advice can't substitute the treating Doctor opinion, so, I can't order an MRI for you.

Anyway, you can have a second opinion from a different Doctor about pain management. There are many medicines available.

Hope I helped you.

Greetings.

I have contacted my neurosurgeon and he has ordered one and is scheduling an appointment for me. I deeply appreciate your information.I kind of feel some relief in knowing what it may be. Not that it's good, but that i have an idea of what it could. I am really not willing to go to pain management. The laws here are outrageous. Not willing to deal with that anymore. I recently started using CBD oil and I am hoping that will help. Thank you so much for your time and knowledge. Have a great weekend and may God Bless you!
