Brief Answer:
A possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more likely.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

A possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more likely.
So, you may take painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs like Ibuprofen and Thiocolchicoside twice daily for 5 days.
You should improve with this combination.
If you are also having a cough or breathing difficulty then please get done chest X-ray to rule out any underlying lung diseases.

Please let me know:
1. Do you smoke?
2. Do you have other respiratory symptoms like a cough, breathlessness?
Please let me know about the to above-asked questions so that I can guide you better.
I will be happy to help you further.

Wish you good health.
Thanks.
