Brief Answer:
see details please.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Have seen her reports and ultrasound.
Basically your wife is suffering from a disease called polycystic ovary disease.
Women with PCOS produce higher-than-normal amounts of male hormones. This hormone imbalance causes them to skip menstrual periods and makes it harder for them to get pregnant.
Treatment is given to control symptoms however there is no cure.
She should remain under a gynecologist for the same.PCOS can't be treated online as its a hormonal problem.Hoeever treating strategy include birth control pills to regularise periods, medication called metformin to prevent diabetes, statins to control high cholesterol, hormones to increase fertility and procedures to remove excess hair.
Thanks!

As per gastrology is concerned she is ok.
Thank!
