Question: Hi Dr.
i am having pain during bathroom and i see a small middle right side tissue or vein that inflamed and swollen outside the anus.
can you pl suggest medicine

i have seen this issue earlier but it was because of body heat or food that i took some time. it usally goes in 2-3 days. but this time little pain can ypu pl suggest medicine.

Hi,

I would suggest you to try the following options:
1. Warm sitz bath twice daily
2. Smuth cream for local application twice daily and after every bowel movement.
3. Syp Lactulose 10ml at night.

In addition the above, drink plenty of fluids. Include fiber rich food - vegetables, spinach and fruits.

If symptoms persist, you need to see a doctor for local examination.
