Question: I'm getting blot clot when I clean my nose every morning since past 10 days. Also a feeilng that the bone inside the nose has grown a little, restricting the nasl passage.

You are probably having a deviated nasal septum. The bleeding from nose can be due to infection or dryness.
You should get a X-ray paranasal sinuses done and send me the picture.
Avoid finger picking and apply an antibiotic ointment in the nostrils.
