Brief Answer:
It may be due to hypoglycemia/ Hypovolemia.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I can understand your concern. As per your history, cause for dizziness and off balance may be hypoglycemia, hypovolemia may be due to dehydration, vertigo, anaemia. Let me know please whether do you have sweating, palpitations, shakiness, dizziness more on head movement? Kindly follow up with detailed history.

I'd suggest you to do random blood sugar level, complete blood count after consultation with your doctor. As your blood pressure is normal in morning, still do blood pressure monitoring. Treatment mainly depends upon underlying condition. Drink lot of fluids. Continue all medications as prescribed. Kindly follow if you have any query. Thank you. Take care.
