Brief Answer:
Use a moisturizer and a topical steroid

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you.
I am Dr kakkar (Dermatologist and Venereologist). I have noted your concern.
You may use a moisturizer, frequently. In addition
I suggest you to apply a moderately topical steroid cream. e.g either mometasone furoate 0.1 %cream Or triamcinolone acetonide 0.1 %cream, twice daily for a week. It would take about 5-7 days for the skin to turn back to normal. Topical steroids are prescription medications and I advice you to kindly talk to your local practitioner for a prescription of the same.
