Brief Answer:
Problems with the inner ear and blood circulation to consider.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

If you mean by dizziness as a false sense of spinning, vestibular disorders (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, vestibulitis, for example) should be considered.

If by dizziness you mean a sense of fainting or lightheadedness, blood circulation problems such as unstable blood pressure, or, in rare cases, arrhythmia, may be the culprit.

Since you suffered from an infection recently, vestibulitis may be a strong possibility.

However, the diagnosis should be more clear after a medical examination by your Doctor.

Hope you found the answer helpful.
