While I Was Talking With Some Friends I Noticed A
Question: While i was talking with some friends i noticed a vision change and then knew i am about to faint. I told them so and they held me and took me to the clinic where they assumed i ws dehydrated and gave IV. While i was been transported to the clinic i inee for few seconds i was unconsious and later realised i had even had bitu bladder abd biwl movement without ne knowung.
Hiwever i was ok after given IV. Currently i am doing few tests such as ECG, Echo, brain MRI. I will be seeing the doctors tomorrow . Hiwever i would like to ask fir your opninion after the evaluation with my statement and reports.

The Cardiologist told me my ecg and ech is normal

I have noted your clinical details and also the investigation reports of MRI brain, ECG and echocardiogram. The symptoms are suggestive of SYNCOPE, where the blood supply to brain reduces for a short period, which leads to fainting and loss of consciousness.
Tests for heart function (ECG and echocardiogram) are normal.
MRI brain shows a few small areas of reduced blood flow, however, that does not explain your loss of consciousness.
You need further evaluation with HUTT test (Head up tilt test) to determine the cause of syncope. Please discuss about this with your cardiologist.
There is no need to worry, as all serious causes have already been excluded by appropriate tests for brain and heart.
