Is the pain in both the ankles?

As the pain is in heel and it is majorly in the morning when I wake up from sleep and it remains throughout the day but intensity is less

Hi,

Thanks for writing back

The pain you have could be due to plantar fascitis . You may have to take pain killers for a few days like aceclofenac.

Changing present foot ware is advised. it is better to use a MCR based food wear.
