Brief Answer:
No need to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
The exact period and intensity of fetal moves is very variable and in 15th week most women dont even feel any baby bumps especially if first pregnancy. Baby bumps should be clearly felt in 22-25 weeks and before it there is no need for panic. Baby is fine if ultrasound and examinations show no pathology. The intensity of bumps doesnt depends on baby size so much. So just relax and wait for several more weeks and you ll see that bumps will become more frequent and stronger. Wish you good health. Regards
