Thanks for writing in.
The dandruff is usually due to condition known as seborrheic dermatitis.
The condition usually worsens in winter and it gets aggravated by stress.

My recommendations for you would be-
Use Zydip C lotion at night time alternate days over scalp.
Use 8X shampoo twice a week.Apply over wet hair keep for 5 minutes then wash off.
It has conditioning and anti dandruff properties.
It will help a lot.
Also apply Keratex hair oil it will help.

Keeping the hair short will allow them to be maintained better.
Avoid stress .Avoid excessive heat and sunlight exposure to scalp.

Wash the hair daily basis.
You can take hair supplement like Keraglo men capsules one per day.It will decrease the dandruff and stop hair fall.

Hope this helps.
I will be available for up.
