Thank you for asking your query. Both are viable dental solutions. Dentures have been in use for quite long and implants are a recent development (at least in India).

Dentures are made according to the needs of the patient and they can be removed and re-applied. The problem is that if the dentures are not properly made, they cause difficulty to the patient. Also dentures might require changes every now and then.

Implants are a more permanent solution and give a better cosmetic appearance but their application requires an elaborate procedure and they cannot be used in patients with weak bones (as they have to be fitted into the bone).
