Brief Answer:
Once the wound is completely healed

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir

After going through the medical details provided by you I would like to tell you that normally arm and shoulder movement's are restricted upto a month after that slight overhead movements are permitted.

Once the pacemaker pocket wound is completely healed the person can return to his normal activities.

However lifting weights more than kgs is not advisable as it can cause a pull on the pacemaker leading to displacement of pacemaker wire in the ventricle of the heart. Light exercise along with cycling, jogging and walk is not an issue.

I hope this information will answer your query.

Kind Regards
