Question: I have a question in regards to gym session. when is the perfect time to workout to lose weight? morning or evening?

Thanks for answering my question. currently i am jogging in the morning and doing strength sessions in the evening..! i am not losing any weight since 4 months.

Both have their pros and cons. I suggest you select a time that you can stick on to because consistency is a must to benefit the results. The only advantage of morning gym is you will sleep early to wake up early in the morning which is good healthwise also.
