Sir i want to discus a problem which give me a lot of problem now a days.
As you know i was having some rare incidents of protected sex with prostitutes.
And i spent a lot of time with the fear and anxiety of hiv ans still sometimes it comea because of my throat pains etc.
Sir now my problem is about my girl friend. My girl friend with which i have oral sex 20 days back. And i meet her always after a year. And we have protected sex not a complete insertion only stimulation type with condom. Sir but i have oral sex with her. Now after 15 or 16 daya she was not feeling well. Reason might be another that i am going to marry with another girl due to family pressure. And after that news she was sick. She was eating very less to nothing,after 2 days she was in unconscious state. And after gluscose drip she was ok. Then she got fever and now yesterday she was having a severe stomach pain. She doesnt have any other physical relation with any one. She was weak before also but such condition gives me a fear that i have given her std. Or may be hiv or hepatitis . Also i am not sure i am having these diseases. But fear is too much. Sir what u think she is ill due to stress or infection??

but sir stomach pain and fever are not the std symptoms??

But sir kindly tell me a severe stomach pain is possible in which disease???. I am agree with you that can be due to mind and thoughts. But sir due to stomach pain and 2 days back unconscious state and fever, when she visit doctor he suggest her some ultrasound and blood test. What could be that blood test?

Sir you are right it might be possible that just over thinking causing such problems.
But sir i want to ask a same previous question which i have asked many times. I have throat or neck pains like throat muscles and sometimes throat area near jaws pain. Now at this time i have right side throat area(front of neck ) have a dull slight pain. My question is such type of pains which were last year i felt more and remains for 4 or 5 months , and last year penis yeast infection which is recovered and not came again , i have some mouth sores not too much but that comes and goes in past some years. I have ibs i have heart burn which i have not observed from 4 month.
My question is all the above problems might be due to STD? Because such problems might be due to immune system failure. I dont have suxh problems before hiv or std fear. I never had sex without protection.but as you know protection is not 100% . And also sir i had sex experience in years . Means in last 3 years i have ony 4 times sex with any girl. Which were prostitutes. But when the incident occures 3 years back which gives me fear that was my first ever sex experience. What do you think can i start a normal married life?? I am not as much strong to do hiv test or hepatitis test.

Sir can you please tell me how much a man can have risk if he had 4 or 5 times sex in past 4 years. That is protected but the fear is there because my symptoms were same as described in hiv . Like lymp nodes throat pains stomach upset etc. And also after the 6 month of first incident i found one rash also on my arm i dont know what was the reason but it gives me more fear of hiv.

i am agree i have rash in arm that resolved witin 3 or 4 days. but i have study that these symptoms of hiv will be at start and after that it will not come for many years. and sir hiv can remain in body for many years. is that ture?
As you told that i dont have manifestations , sir i have many time lymp nodes when i have cold flue etc in neck or throat region. and last year i felt one lymp node in groin area if u remember i discus with you about that.And throat pain under chin i felt near about 5 months. and i dont have ibs and heart burn before this hiv fear. As all of my acts were protected and also once in a year in last 4 years . before that you may not believe i was virgin up to the age of 27. and i have some experience of handjobs . but real fear is the protected virginal sex. its very difficult to come out from all these fears. because s thorat pain or any other problem like this again gives me fear.
sometimes Hepatitis B comes in mind. becuase as there is no symptom of that. kindly tell me as per details that hiv or hepatitis chances are how much ?

But sir as i told you i don't have such problems before.
So how i have strong imunity before and weak after that incidents. ? I know i have health anxiety. In my life i was always feared about blood tests. But still i dont have such physical symptoms which i observed in last 4 years. Every time i have throat pain beofre or flue or cold , i was runny nose and throat irritation or maximum fever. I never had throat or neck muscle pains and lymp nodes

but sir these throat problems many times comes without any thought when i am relaxed still it comes. still it could be due to stress? and sir why you take out hepatitis in my case?

now sir i have a very different question other then the above topic. i felt from some days i have my urine color is slightly greenish. before in winter it was normal light yellow or near about white. then from last some weeks i was observing yellowish that my be due to dehydration. because when i was dringking more water its color becomes white. but sir now from some day i was observing its light green. and today i found my semen color is light greenish. but sir i dont have ny pain or burning urine etc. can you please tell me what could be the reason for that? as i checked on internet it shows about some urinary track infection etc.
