Brief Answer:
Please refer below

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.
There are several vitamins and minerals which may help to boost hemoglobin. These include iron, vitamin B12 and folic acid. I hope her hematologist has tested for deficiencies of these before starting aranesp. Unless we replace these deficiencies the full effect of aranesp will not come.
If these tests are not done then she can take daily supplements of iron and folic acid at least to boost her hemoglobin.

Hope I have answered your query. I will be available to answer further followup queries, if any.
Regards

Brief Answer:
I don't see any vit b12 or iron

Detailed Answer:
The combination she is getting is good but it will not substitute for b12 or iron if they are deficient.
If these are not deficient then this is fine.
Hope this helps.
