I was injected with corticosteroid which contains
DepoMedrol 80mg mixed with 2 cc of 1 % PF Lidocaine. The skin and subcutaneous tissues were infiltrated with 1% Lidocaine using a 25 gauge 1 1/2" needle. A 25 gauge 3.5" spinal needle was advance into the caudal, posterior portion of the joint.
The only exam he did was have me twist and bend. He did not read my MRI's or check me thoroughly.Before he injected, he said I'd be angry with him for a few days because the pain would increase; I waited and waited and finally, on the 20th of Dec (Injecton was Dec 13) I was still in agonizing pain and tried 7 times to call him; he refused to return my call. To date, I have no idea why my situation is far worse. Another MRI would have to be justified here and I don't know if this can be done. Hope this helps you. He covered his back by writing a two page letter of lies; we reported him; we'll see the outcome, but, being in worse pain after than before is hard to understand.

I have gone through the whole discussion we had regarding your suffering, while we wait for MRI to be done,you may start following treatment for few days (7-10 ). I am hopeful that you may not require MRI.My suggestion are-
1.Hot water fomentation with Lumbo sacral belt will help to reduce pain.
2.A few days course of drug Pregablin 75mg and Delazacort 6mg under medical guidance will be helpful.Rest off he medicine you may continue as before.
3.Do the spine exercises as tolerated.
