Brief Answer:
She needs to observed carefully.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX XXXXXXX Hi

I appreciate your concern for your 6 years old daughter who accidentally ingested two tablets of Meftal-P.

Meftal-P (Mefenemic acid) is a non steroidal anti inflammatory drug used to treat fever and pain in children. It is known to cause irritation of the stomach, bleeding or ulceration if taken in larger doses.
Since you were not able to findout the ingested tablets in her vomitus, she must be observed for any pain abdomen, vomiting, etc. In that case she has to examined by a pediatrician for further evaluation.

For right now you may give her some milk or curd and ask her to take plenty of oral fluids as well.

Hope to have answered your query.

Should you need more clarification, please feel free to ask.

Regards.
