Brief Answer:
Don't worry, observe for abnormal symptoms

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

1 ml of Sinarest AF drop contains 1 mg of chlorpheniramine and 2.5 mg of phenylephrine. For one year baby the dose given is 1-2 mg of chlorpheniramine (1-2 ml of Sinarest AF) 3-4 times a day. I won't get overly worried as the toxic dose is very high and the chance of having any problem with this dose is less.

The side effects can be drowsiness, nausea, stomach upset, fast heart beat or breathing difficulty. Drowsiness is common while other side effects are rare. I request you to observe for the side effects and if you notice any please consult your pediatrician.

Please feel free to ask if you have any more questions.
