Brief Answer:
Use a topical antifungal

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Could be fungal infection. Can't be absolutely sure because the rash seems to have been modified by the treatment she has been using. I suggest her to use a ketoconazole 2% cream (Nizral cream), twice daily for 2 weeks. Let me know after 2 weeks.

Regards
