Sprouts are very good when it comes to nutrition.

They are high source of antioxidants (which helps to fight infection),vitamin C, Proteins, minerals which are very good for heart patients,for blood circulation,for hair fall and glowing skin.

One should not eat raw sprouts but it would be advisable to eat cooked sprouts one bowl a day which would be sufficient.

Eating raw sprouts might cause some bacterial infection sometimes that's why doctors generally recommend to eat cooked sprouts in the morning.
