Brief Answer:
Acceptable BP.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Hi , I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
BP of 130/90 at age of 50 years is acceptable according to latest JNC guidelines for hypertension (these guidelines are hallmark of standard, and all good doctors follow these).
You just have slightly high Diastolic BP of 90 mmHg, That is also acceptable.

I am just wondering that this is your BP without Tema AM or on Tema AM.
If it is with Tema AM, it is well maintained.
If it is without Telma AM, you don't require the medication.

If we talk about testing, yes periodic testing should be done in all Hypertensive patients.
i advise you following:
1. Hemogram
2. Kidney Function Test
3. Urine for Albumin
4. ECG
5. Fasting Lipid Profile
6. Fasting Blood Sugar
7. Fundus Examination for Retinopathy

This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any query you may please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
