What Options Of Birth Control Can An Obese Person Use While Trying To Prevent Strokes?

Question: I am obese and trying to lose to weight. I get my period every two weeks. I will not take hormones or birth control. I have a had two cousins who have had strokes while on birth control what other option is there ?

They does not contain oestrogen in it which may cause stroke.
Depo provera contain progesterone which usually does not cause stroke.
There are no natural method of cotraception.
