Question: I think while showering - I swallowed a little hair dye diluted .
I had lot gastritis and uneasiness. Felt a bit feverish yesterday night Now have a head ache .

Hi,
Hair dye is poisonous and PPD is the poisonous chemical in it. Unfortunately there is no anti dote available for it.
Since its been over a day, Emergency measures like gastric lavage will not be helpful. Fortunately you have not mentioned presence of any swelling of face or difficulty in breathing. But you still are at risk of developing late complications like liver damage, kidney damage and muscle damage. I will really suggest that blood tests like liver function test, kidney function test and creatine kinase levels be done. An ECG and EEG is also needed. Headache alone is not worrisome but if drowsiness and convulsions happen, then you will need emergency medical help. For headache you can take tab brufen 200 mg 2 times a day. Drink more of water.
My suggestion is to get in contact with a good doctor asap. Avoid the waiting lines.
