Brief Answer:
Contact dermatitis, topical steroid, antihistaminic, oral steroid if reqd

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and you seem to have developed contact dermatitis to the leaf.
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected area twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet cetrizine 10 mg once daily for 5-7 days.
If the swelling doesn’t improve in 2-3 days you might require a short course of oral steroids like tablet prednisone 20 mg once daily for 5 days.
These are prescription drugs and should be taken under the supervision of the doctor.

Dr Asmeet
