Brief Answer: Antibiotics and Multivitamins Detailed Answer: Hi, Thanks for your query. A broad spectrum antibiotic course soon after plastic surgery would be necessary to prevent infections in hair follicles or in the skin layers involved in the surgery. Also you can take Multivitamin supplements to have good regeneration and healthy skin. Other than these I would not consider any medications necessary now. Wish you good health. Regards,
