Brief Answer:
Detailed answer below.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

The reports mentioned suggesting-
1. -High TSH Levels .. seen in case of low thyroid hormone in the body(hypothyroidism).. normal being 0.4 to 4 INU /Lit.
Treatment consists of thyroid hormone replacement (Thyronorm 125 mg pill). The treatment has to be lifelong. It is adjusted by follow up blood levels of TSH.
This condition is mostly accompanied by high cholesterol levels(seen as overweight). Estimation of cholesterol profile followed by statin drugs to lower cholesterol along with dietary restriction &increased physical activities is needed in such a case.

2. -The normal iron content of females being
50 to 170 micrograms/dilution you have Low serum iron ..suggesting iron deficiency anemia.
Treatment is iron supplements... can be done in oral iron tonics like Tonoferron or injectable form( like injection Inference - the deep intramuscular injection given twice a week after test dose)
This treatment needs to be supplemented by Vitamin B complex (folic acid &B12 )as per need.
Vitamin C helps in absorption and utilisation of iron ..so it also needs to be added to the treatment)

3. Vitamin D levels you show are a lower level of normal- (20 to 50 mg/ml ). You need a maintenance dose 800iu to 1000 is of vitamin D3(calciferol) per day ..in form of dietary supplements or medicine in pill or injectable form.

Normally Vitamin D is synthesized in our skin when exposed to sunlight...Fishes like tuna or salmon contain it.. so also few vitamin D fortified foods like dairy products, orange juice, cereals
may help in maintaining vitamin D at the normal level.

*I have mentioned only the drugs needful according to the reports stated in the query. Please understand their way of administration &dosage would depend on your overall health & digestion. So consultation with a physician and be under his/her observation for changes in treatment plan from time to time is ideal for good results.

I hope that answers your query. Any follow up query is welcome.
Thank you.
