A nosebleed can occur due to a wide range of causes like dry air, allergies, sinusitis, bleeding disorders, coagulation problems, medications like aspirin or hypertension. One or two episodes of nasal bleed in not much of a concern. However, if you have recurrent and persistent bleeding, further evaluation to identify underlying conditions are required. ENT examination, Xray sinuses, Blood workup, blood pressure measurement are important.
Here are few things to try to prevent recurrence
-Use a humidifier in your room
-Use saline nasal drops to prevent dryness

If acute bleeding develops you have to pinch your nose and lean head forward for 10 minutes. Repeat this 3 times. So the maximum time would be 30 minutes. You can also apply ice pack on the nose.

Since you are noticing recurrent episodes of nosebleed, I recommend following up with your primary care provider for further evaluation and management.

A runny nose, headache and fatigue you are describing is likely to be rhinitis and sinusitis which is commonly caused by viral infection.

You can take cetirizine to decrease sneezing and runny nose.

Steam inhalation twice daily to open up the sinuses
You can also use saline nasal drops
Use over the counter Tylenol for a headache.

The symptoms usually subside in a few days. If you do not notice any improvement in next 3 to 4 days or you notice worsening symptoms, please follow up with your primary care provider to rule out bacterial infection (in which case antibiotic like amoxicillin will be needed).
