General advice is: vaccines are for the benefit of the baby, so should preferably be taken at given age as per schedule. Vaccines are proven safe and not harmful. Before 8 am only. Don't expose eyes. Don't expose more than 20 minutes. Back is fine.

There are no vaccines for mosquito, but there are proven safe mosquito repellent creams like Odomos. You may apply over open parts except eyes, nose, mouth.
