Brief Answer:
You should take the newer BZD group of drug.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Let me first clarify one thing. The strongest sleeping pill will not be the safest. The strongest sleeping pill is diazepam which is not advisable.

So for you, I think Clonazepam or midazolam or Zolpidem are good sleeping pills.
All these are newer benzodiazepine (BZD) group of drugs.
They are not habit forming and not having drug interactions with levofloxacin(Levaquin) or prednisone.
These are not over the counter drugs. You need a doctor's (psychiatrist) prescription for them.
So better to consult a psychiatrist and discuss newer BZD drugs.

Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
