Brief Answer:
Jaundice

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I have seen the attached reports and checked the research material on the condition

Your uncle has chronic liver disease and early cirrhosis. It means that liver was slowly getting affected since long time and now cirrhosis is developing. Liver cirrhosis means irreversible damage of liver. That is why the jaundice. Liver infection is not the cause. The cause is either alcohol or some other irritant of liver.

Hope it answers your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
