Kindly Refer to the detailed answer below

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

After going through your medical details I understand your concern for your health and I would like to tell you that Pulmonary Artery Hypertension is a progressive disease and gets worse over time. It can cause heart failure and can be fatal if left untreated.

Your ECG is normal and Echocardiography report is suggestive of mild PAH along with Aortic stenosis that further needs more evaluation. Aortic stenosis can also reason for your mild PAH which is very common.

To treat PAH underlying cause should be treated first. It’s advisable for you to personally consult a cardiologist, in Thailand itself before flying to New Orleans, for further physical and diagnostic evaluation and proper treatment because sildenafil and Diltiazem definitely help in PAH but should be used cautiously in Aortic Stenosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
