Brief Answer:
Need life style changes.

Detailed Answer:

Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.

For such lipid profile derangement, i would not recommend any medicines to you.

I would advise you to:
1.Reduce your weight and start exercising for at least 1 hour a day.
2.Avoid Fatty food in diet.
3.To consume potato, rice, oil, ghee, sweets, carbonated beverages in moderated amount only.
4. Avoid alcohol and smoking in case you do.

Get your lipid profile repeated after 3 months.

Now, for low vitamin D and osteoporosis ,
I would recommend you to take Cap Uprise D3 once a day and Cap Gemcal D3 once daily for 3 months initially.

Small kidney stone can be eradicated easily by drinking plenty of fluids.

This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me.

Stay Healthy.

Brief Answer:
Both options you have

Detailed Answer:
Cap Gemcal D3 has to be taken once a day.

In case of Uprise D3, you have both options, taking Uprise D3 2K once daily or 60 K once a week.

Your doctor's treatment is also good. You can follow his advice.

No medicines are needed for cholesterol.

Good Luck.
