Question: Dear Dr.
Kindly suggest for the prognosis.
42 yr/F underwent MYomectomy for myoma, on biopsy reported as Spindle cell Neoplasm, is it benign or malignant and what are the probable prognosis.

Hello dear. What all i can assume is that the patient has undergone a surgery for some tumor of uterus and a frozen section report is prepared during surgery which suggests a spindle tumor.
This tumor has a low proliferation rate and thus looks benign.
However, detailed histo-pathology report is awaited which will be available atleast after 5 days of surgery , this will tell about the more details.
Please share the report when it is available
