What Is The Period Of Incubation Of HIV Post Exposure?
Question: i had a hiv test done on monday it was a holiday. how long does it take to get results back from testing. i also got tested for gonohrrea syphllis and the results are negative on those two test. are those good signs that i dont have hiv

The absence of other infections lowers the risk as will as risk of transmission. It can be reassured again that there is no risk for you.

Unfortunately if we look for symptoms only we will not be sure even after passage of one decade as the classical symptoms take from six months to twenty years and even sometime longer.
Few of the patients manifest non specific symptoms and even that take two to four weeks.
So at this moment we can not anything despite the fact that there are no symptoms.
