Hello XXXXXXX

Welcome to XXXXXXX

Pneumonia is completely curable.

Most common method of spread of infection is through the droplets of saliva during coughing and sneezing.

Wearing protective mask is only way that you can avoid the infection in community, and also pneumococcal vaccine is available, which gives protection in low immunity people.

The treatment of pneumonia depends on the severity and the type of pneumonia whether it is caused by bacteria or virus and the clinical manifestations like sputum production, fever, cough, sickness of the patient. After clinical examination of the patient, the physician will decide whether the patient requires hospitalization or the outpatient therapy.

In addition, you need to get the complete blood work, chest x XXXXXXX sputum culture and sensitivity to detect the cause of pneumonia and correct antibiotic required for the disease.

Therefore, I advise you to consult a physician and you will be treated accordingly.
